حصلت الدكتورة أيمان غضبان خليل التدريسية في قسم هندسة الطب الحياتي في كلية الهندسة – جامعة النهرين على المرتبة الأولى من خلال مشاركتها مع عدد من منتسبي قسم هندسة الطب الحياتي وضمن إطار تطوير المهارات الإدارية والأكاديمية، في الدورة التدريبية الموسومة “الدليل الاسترشادي لوحدة ضمان الجودة والأداء الجامعي”، التي أقامتها وحدة التعليم المستمر في جامعة النهرين، بالتنسيق مع جهاز الإشراف والتقويم العلمي في وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، وذلك للفترة من 17/3/2025 ولغاية 23/3/2025. وقد فازت الدكتورة ايمان غضبان خليل بالمرتبة الاولى في اختبار هذه الدورة على كلية الهندسة بالأضافة الى التدريسيين الآخرين في المراتب المتقدمة مثّل القسم في هذه الدورة كل : م.د. ايمان غضبان خليل م.م. زيد مصطفى خضير م.م. احمد لطيف خدارحم م.م. عبد الله ناصر ابراهيم م.م. دعاء نوفل حازم م.م. ايناس شهاب احمد م.م. نور باسم خلف م.ر.مهندسين نادية احمد محمد مهندس هدير مؤيد محمد حيث شملت الدورة محاور متعددة تتعلق بآليات ضمان الجودة وسبل تطوير الأداء الأكاديمي والإداري، وتهدف إلى تعزيز كفاءة الملاكات العاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي. وقد تميزت مشاركة القسم بحصول المدرس الدكتورة إيمان غضبان خليل على المرتبة الأولى على مستوى المشاركين، في إنجاز يُعبر عن التزام القسم بالتميز والتطوير المستمر لموارده البشرية. ويأتي هذا الإنجاز ضمن سلسلة من النجاحات التي يحققها قسم هندسة الطب الحياتي على مستوى التدريب والتطوير الأكاديمي، تأكيدًا على دوره الريادي في دعم منظومة الجودة في التعليم العالي.

Dr. Iman Ghadban Khalil, a faculty member in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the College of Engineering – Al-Nahrain University, achieved first place through her participation, along with several staff members from the Department of Biomedical Engineering, in a training course titled "Guidance Manual for the Quality Assurance and University Performance Unit."
The course was organized by the Continuing Education Unit at Al-Nahrain University, in coordination with the Supervision and Scientific Evaluation Body at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and was held from March 17, 2025, to March 23, 2025.
Dr. Iman Ghadban Khalil ranked first in the final evaluation of the course among the College of Engineering participants, along with other faculty members who earned top rankings.

The department’s participation was particularly distinguished by Dr. Iman Ghadban Khalil’s first-place achievement among the participants — an accomplishment that reflects the department’s commitment to excellence and the continuous development of its human resources.
