The College of Engineering at Al-Nahrain University, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ayad Murad Takhakh, Dean of the College, participated in the activities of the 9th International Conference of the University of Sulaymaniyah for Scientific Specializations, with the participation of Assistant Professor Dr. Israa Badr Nasser from the Department of Computer Engineering and Prof. Dr. Anas Qusay Hashim from the Department of Biomedical Engineering.

The Department of Computer Engineering at the College of Engineering – Al-Nahrain University continues to support scientific and research activities and to promote the participation of its academic staff and researchers in conferences and scientific forums, contributing to knowledge exchange and keeping pace with recent developments in computer engineering, digital technologies, and artificial intelligence.

The conference was held at the University of Sulaymaniyah under the theme “Modern Sciences: Leadership for Change Towards a Better Future,” with the participation of a number of Iraqi, Arab, and international universities and academic institutions.

This participation reflects the College of Engineering’s commitment to strengthening its international scientific presence, supporting scientific research and academic cooperation, and keeping pace with recent developments in computer engineering, artificial intelligence, robotics, and advanced engineering and healthcare technologies.

The conference brought together researchers and academics from various disciplines and addressed several scientific topics related to engineering disciplines and modern technologies, contributing to the exchange of knowledge and expertise and opening new opportunities for academic and research collaboration.
