Under the patronage of the College of Engineering Deanship, and under the supervision of the Department of Architectural Engineering, with the follow-up of Dr. Rasha Abdulkareem Ali and the first-year teaching staff, the works of first-year students were presented as part of the outcomes of the first semester course Spatial Design, which concluded with the final presentation on 7 March 2026.
The project focused on analyzing global architectural movements, selecting architectural projects, and reinterpreting them into contemporary spatial compositions expressing mass, void, and movement. It also included training students in plans, human scale, and three-dimensional models, enhancing design thinking skills in line with the requirements of the Bologna Process.
This activity supports Sustainable Development Goal 4: Quality Education, by promoting applied learning and developing students’ creative and practical skills.
