At nine o’clock in the morning on Thursday, corresponding to 4/5/2023, in the council room of the Civil Engineering Department / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University, a discussion was held for a master’s student in the Department of Civil Engineering (Haider Abdel-Reza Nehme) in his thesis tagged:

  “Behavior of Reinforced Concrete Beams under Pure Torsion”

The discussion committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Jaafar Hammoud / Department of Civil Engineering / University of Technology and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Abdel-Khaleq Jabbar Abdel-Ridha / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University and Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Khaled Fayyad / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University. The thesis was completed under the supervision Prof. Dr. Adel Abdel-Amir Mohamed Saeed from the Department of Civil Engineering / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University

The thesis was scientifically evaluated by the first scientific reviewer (Professor Abbas Abdul Majeed Allawi) / College of Engineering / University of Baghdad and the second scientific reviewer (Professor Nagham Tariq Hamad / College of Engineering / Al-Mustansiriya University) and linguistically by (Professor M. Dr. Zeina Riyad Saleh / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University), where the thesis was accepted as it fulfilled the requirements for obtaining a master's degree.
