At nine o’clock in the morning on Thursday, corresponding to 4/20/2023, in the council room of the Civil Engineering Department / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University, a discussion was held for a master’s student in the Department of Civil Engineering (Ahmed Diaa Abdel-Latif) in his thesis tagged:

“Performance of Connections between Precast Concrete Elements of Multistory Buildings under Lateral Loadings”

The discussion committee was chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Riyad Jawad Aziz Al-Musawi / Al-Israa University College and the membership of each of Professor Dr. Hussam Kazem Rasan / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University and Assistant Professor Dr. Sultan Ahmed Dawood / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University. The thesis was completed under the supervision of Dr. Ammar Abdul-Jabbar Abdul Rahman / retired

The thesis was scientifically evaluated by the first scientific reviewer (Assistant Professor Dr. Rafi Mahmoud Abbas / College of Engineering / University of Baghdad) and the second scientific reviewer (Professor Wissam Kazem Abd / College of Engineering / Al-Mustansiriya University) and linguistically by (Assistant Professor Dr. Diaa Mustafa Theban / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University), where the thesis was accepted as it fulfilled the requirements for obtaining a master's degree.
