The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Engineering at the College of Engineering – Al-Nahrain University organized a workshop on Thursday, September 25, 2025, entitled: “Applications of AI-Powered Robots in Industry.”

The workshop was presented by Assistant Lecturer Omar Abdulrazzaq and focused on exploring the integration of artificial intelligence technologies—such as machine learning, computer vision, and adaptive algorithms—into industrial robotics to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and flexibility. It also discussed key practical applications of these robots in automated production lines, quality inspection, collaborative robots in factories, predictive maintenance, and improving workplace safety and environments. The event witnessed distinguished academic attendance and enriching interaction, reflecting the importance of the topic and its strong connection to the future of smart industry.
