Assistant Professor Dr. Anas Latif Mahmoud, a faculty member in the Department of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Engineering / College of Engineering / University of Al-Nahrain, participated in the membership of the ministerial committee assigned to consider the topic of establishing a doctoral study in the field of Communications Engineering - Optical Communications Systems Engineering / Department of Communications Engineering / University of Technology. The Ministerial Committee conducted a field visit on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, to the Department of Optical Communications Systems Engineering / Department of Communications Engineering / University of Technology to review the material and human capabilities and the availability of the conditions stipulated in Postgraduate Studies Instructions No. 26 of 1990 to establish this study.
