As part of the academic activities of the Computer Engineering Department, and to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals through partnerships with various institutions and companies, and as part of the special Ramadan program of the Scientific Care Department of the Ministry of Youth and Sports,

The department hosted a workshop titled "Career Soft Skills" on Wednesday, March 26, 2025. The workshop was organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports' Scientific Care Department, in cooperation with Bayt Al-Hikma Training and Consulting Company and Iraq Technology Company for Digital Transformation. The workshop was held in the Tigris Hall of the College of Engineering, with the participation of a number of students from all levels of the department and students from other departments at the college and university.

The program aims to provide students with the most important skills necessary for success in the job market and to identify the most important requirements that contribute to building a successful career.

This step comes within the framework of the Ministry's efforts to support youth and empower them with practical skills that meet the requirements of the modern job market.

Interactive discussions were held between the female lecturers and students, aiming to apply everything mentioned in the training workshop.
