As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance academic skills and improve the quality of education, the Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering organized a workshop titled Graduate Outcomes (GO), under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Juma Jiyad Salman, and the Head of the Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering, Prof. Dr. Iyad Murad Takhakh.
The workshop was conducted by Asst. Lecturer Mustafa Kanaan Mohammed and Asst. Lecturer Ria Badi Younis, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Rashid Ismail. It aimed to train faculty members on the concept of student learning outcomes, selecting appropriate assessment criteria, and organizing and preparing files for the Rubric assessment and related statistics.
The event witnessed active participation from faculty members, students, and graduates of the department, along with several specialized guests, fostering knowledge exchange and a deeper understanding of academic evaluation standards.
