Under the supervision of Professor Dr. Jumaa Salman Jiad, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, the Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering organized a scientific symposium entitled:

The Scintillation Index and BER of Laser SLGB in Slant Propagation Direction and Atmospheric Turbulence

The symposium was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Hussein Dhari Khamis in the Tigris Hall on Thursday, December 18, 2024

The symposium dealt with the following parts:

The first part is a historical account of the publication of Ain Shams University / Faculty of Engineering

The second part is a detailed presentation of the laboratories of the Faculty of Engineering in the laser laboratory, which includes the Optical Communications and Laser Research Laboratory

The third part is a detailed presentation of the research that was submitted to the Journal of the Faculty of Engineering at Umm Shams University under the title

The Scintillation Index and BER of Laser SLGB in Slant Propagation Direction and Atmospheric Turbulence
