نشرت المدرس المساعد دعاء ضياء إبراهيم، التدريسية في قسم هندسة الطب الحياتي / كلية الهندسة / جامعة النهرين، بحثاً علمياً بعنوان: "الاصطفاف الدولي في الفضاء السيبراني: الأبعاد الاستراتيجية والتحديات المستقبلية" وذلك في مجلة القادسية للقانون والعلوم السياسية، العدد الثاني – الجزء الثاني. وتناول البحث تحليل طبيعة الاصطفافات الدولية في الفضاء السيبراني، مع تسليط الضوء على الأبعاد الاستراتيجية المرتبطة بالأمن السيبراني والصراعات الرقمية، فضلاً عن استشراف التحديات المستقبلية التي تواجه الدول في ظل التطور المتسارع للتقنيات الرقمية وتزايد التهديدات السيبرانية. ويأتي هذا الإنجاز العلمي في إطار دعم الجامعة للبحث العلمي الرصين وتشجيع الملاكات التدريسية على الإسهام في الدراسات البينية التي تربط بين الجوانب التقنية والقانونية والسياسية، بما يعزز من مكانة جامعة النهرين الأكاديمية والعلمية

Assistant Lecturer Duaa Diaa Ibrahim, a faculty member of the Department of Biomedical Engineering, College of Engineering, Al-Nahrain University, published a scientific research paper entitled:
“International Alignment in Cyberspace: Strategic Dimensions and Future Challenges”
in the Al-Qadisiyah Journal of Law and Political Science, Issue Two – Part Two.

The paper analyzes the nature of international alignments in cyberspace, highlighting the strategic dimensions related to cybersecurity and digital conflicts, as well as exploring future challenges facing states in light of the rapid development of digital technologies and the increasing scale of cyber threats.

This scientific achievement comes within the framework of the university’s support for rigorous academic research and its encouragement of faculty members to contribute to interdisciplinary studies that link technical, legal, and political aspects, thereby enhancing the academic and scientific standing of Al-Nahrain University.
