شاركت المدرس المساعد دعاء ضياء ابراهيم في ورقة بحثية بعنوان: ( العراق والصراعات الجيوسياسية في منطقة الشرق الاوسط ) في المؤتمر السنوي الرابع والعشرون في مركز الدراسات الاستراتيجية والدولية في جامعة بغداد. وهدف المؤتمر، الذي استمرت أعماله لمدة يومين (15 و16 كانون الأول)، إلى مناقشة واقع العراق في ظل الصراعات الجيوسياسية التي تشهدها منطقة الشرق الأوسط، وتسليط الضوء على التحديات السياسية والأمنية والاقتصادية التي تواجه الدولة العراقية في ظل المتغيرات الإقليمية والدولية المتسارعة، إلى جانب تحليل أدوار الفاعلين الإقليميين والدوليين وانعكاساتها على أمن واستقرار المنطقة. وتضمّن المؤتمر عدداً من الجلسات العلمية والأوراق البحثية التي ناقشت محاور متعددة، من بينها توازنات القوى في الشرق الأوسط، وتأثير الصراعات الإقليمية على الأمن الوطني العراقي، ومستقبل السياسة الخارجية العراقية، فضلاً عن تقديم قراءات تحليلية ورؤى استراتيجية تسهم في دعم البحث العلمي وتعزيز دور المراكز البحثية في دراسة القضايا الاستراتيجية المعاصرة.

Assistant Lecturer Duaa Diaa Ibrahim participated with a research paper entitled:
“Iraq and Geopolitical Conflicts in the Middle East”
at the Twenty-Fourth Annual Conference held by the Center for Strategic and International Studies at the University of Baghdad.

The conference, which was held over two days (15–16 December), aimed to discuss the current situation of Iraq in light of the geopolitical conflicts taking place in the Middle East. It focused on highlighting the political, security, and economic challenges facing the Iraqi state amid rapid regional and international developments, in addition to analyzing the roles of regional and international actors and their implications for the security and stability of the region.

The conference included a number of scientific sessions and research papers addressing various themes, including power balances in the Middle East, the impact of regional conflicts on Iraq’s national security, and the future of Iraqi foreign policy. It also presented analytical perspectives and strategic insights that contribute to supporting scientific research and enhancing the role of research centers in the study of contemporary strategic issues.
