شاركت الأستاذ الدكتورة أنس قصي هاشم، رئيس قسم هندسة الطب الحياتي في كلية الهندسة – جامعة النهرين، في المرحلة النهائية من مسابقة
"3 Minutes Thesis (3MT)

 التي أُقيمت يوم الأربعاء الموافق 22 تشرين الأول 2025 في رحاب الجامعة التكنولوجية.
وتهدف هذه المسابقة إلى تنمية مهارات طلبة الدراسات العليا في عرض أطروحاتهم ومشاريعهم البحثية بأسلوب مبسط ومباشر خلال ثلاث دقائق فقط، ما يعزز قدراتهم في التواصل العلمي والإلقاء المؤثر، ويتيح لهم إيصال أفكارهم البحثية إلى الجمهور الأكاديمي بشكل فعّال وواضح.

وقد شهدت التصفيات التمهيدية على مستوى الكليات مشاركة أكثر من ألف طالب من مختلف الجامعات العراقية، تأهل منهم عشرة طلاب فقط إلى المرحلة النهائية، حيث قدموا عروضهم أمام لجنة تحكيم مختصة، وسط أجواء علمية متميزة عكست روح الابتكار والتميز الأكاديمي.

جاءت مشاركة السيدة رئيس قسم هندسة الطب الحياتي في هذه الفعالية ضمن إطار دعم كلية الهندسة – جامعة النهرين للنشاطات العلمية والبحثية التي تسهم في رفع كفاءة الطلبة، وتشجيعهم على تطوير مهاراتهم الأكاديمية والعرض العلمي.

أبدت لجنة التحكيم والحضور امنياتها في التقدم والتوفيق للطلبة الفائزين وحظ اوفر للطلبة الآخرين في مسيرتهم البحثية والعلمية المستقبلية

Prof. Dr. Anas Qusay Hashem, Head of the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the College of Engineering – Al-Nahrain University, participated in the final stage of the “Three Minutes Thesis (3MT)” competition held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at the University of Technology.

The competition aims to enhance the presentation skills of postgraduate students by enabling them to explain their theses and research projects in a clear and concise three-minute format, thereby strengthening their abilities in scientific communication and impactful delivery while helping them convey their research ideas effectively to an academic audience.

The preliminary rounds at the college level witnessed the participation of over one thousand students from various Iraqi universities, of whom only ten finalists qualified for the final stage. These finalists presented their work before a specialized judging panel, in an atmosphere that reflected innovation and academic excellence.

Prof. Dr. Anas’s participation came as part of the College of Engineering’s commitment to supporting scientific and research activities that enhance students’ competencies and encourage them to develop their academic and presentation skills.

The judging committee and attendees expressed their best wishes for continued success to the winners and extended their encouragement to all participating students in their future research and academic endeavors.
